Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials for project completion. Clients must ensure they have the right to use any content or materials provided to Phoryzenquibl, and that such materials do not infringe on third-party rights.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to the final design deliverables created by Phoryzenquibl. Phoryzenquibl retains the right to display completed work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Phoryzenquibl typically requires a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Late payments may result in project delays and may incur additional charges.
Project agreements specify the number of included revisions. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Clients must provide feedback within agreed timeframes to maintain project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
Phoryzenquibl's liability is limited to the value of services provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or designs, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
